How it will work

PATHCS will begin accepting clients once we have reached our fundraising goal of $10,000. As part of our client intake process, PATHCS will require clients to provide documentation of their economic situation, such as W-2 forms or other applicable forms, and any insurance information they may have. In addition, PATHCS will ensure compliance with all relevant regulations regarding client intake and documentation, and establish clear policies and procedures for these processes. Staff members will be trained on these policies and procedures to ensure consistent and accurate implementation.
